INWARD SPIRITUAL GROWTH
Receiving Inner Healing and Peace
God meets wounded and troubled hearts with compassion and truth. Healing does not require you to deny pain or rush your process. You can bring anxious thoughts, grief, rejection, and painful memories into prayer. Scripture helps separate God’s faithful character from conclusions formed through hurt. His peace can guard you while circumstances are still unresolved. Forgiveness, boundaries, counsel, rest, and responsible care may all have a place in healing. Growth often happens gradually rather than all at once. You are free to seek qualified help when a burden requires it. God’s comfort strengthens you to take the next wise step. As peace grows within, fear becomes less able to govern your responses.
